   Fantastic, Richard himself is so friendly, and easy to talk to. Providing me tips and extra little tricks to help me with my Eclectus boy. Can see that both himself and Carli really do have that compassion and care for the birds they see and it’s so refreshing. Above a business, it’s a passion that they share and I think that’s incredible. 10/10

   I love Richard. He's so knowledgeable, and so is Carli. This practice is worth an hour drive. There's nobody better qualified anywhere near and I can trust this practice to do best for my birds every time. Highly recommend.

   Brilliant vet really cares for your avians, very knowledgeable. He put our old parrot to sleep due to an unexpected heart problem and didn't charge and we have now registered our new african grey with him. He really cares about your animals and not just the money.

   I can't properly express just how thankful I am to Richard and Carly. They did absolutely everything they could to save my Pearly Conure. Ultimately she couldn't be saved as she had a terminal illness (which we could only confirm via autopsy) but they gave their all to try while she was still here, including round the clock care, overnight treatments and feeds every few hours to keep her weight up. I can't thank them enough for doing their upmost despite an ultimately impossible task.
