I would give 0 stars if I could. Very poor service, manager of coffee shop needs to learn customer service. Rip off place, very expensive. I was a customer when it first opened in 2020 for 4 years. Not any more PLEASE AVOID and use another coffee please along the sea front.

A short story. Myself and my wife just lost our dog two weeks ago. Coffee on the pier was a regular stop on our weekly walk along the front. This Sunday morning it was one of the first walks we had done since we lost our dog. We approached the queue and there was a very cute dog,, not on a lead. The dog stepped towards my wife and she reached down to stroke it. But to our shock the owner literally dragged the dog by its coller across the floor and rudely said not to touch the dog in a very aggressive way. Fair enough. But calm down! There is absolutely no place for that amount of anger. This Sent me into an absolute rage, as we only wanted to be kind and remember what it was to stroke a dog. The extra annoyance the blonde boy from the coffee shop sided with the dog owner and looked at us like we were a mess on his shoe. I'm sorry but that's the last time we will ever go to coffee on the pier again.

We come here several times a week. Maisey makes amazing coffee. She is always welcoming and when she sees us she has our order ready. Our grandchildren love the baby chinos too ❤️ x

Out of all the tea rooms that are situated along the seafront in Southsea, this has got to be my favourite. It is situated on the front at the right side of the south parade pier. The tea room offers a great range of teas and coffees also cakes and sandwiches and baguettes. The service is always friendly. If you live in Southsea or just visiting. I can highly recommend it.

Bacon sandwiches to die for. Lavazza coffee made perfectly. Ideal mid walk break winter or summer. I will not mention the view as its obvious. Gets my vote.

Went into coffee @ the pier to buy a brownie and feed my baby because it was cold outside. When ordering at the till the lady said I cannot feed my baby or buy a brownie because I had brought a coffee earlier on our walk from another place. Absolutely disgusting customer service and human empathy even after repeating that I wanted to feed my baby she continued to say I could not because I had brought a coffee from another place. I will not be returning ever again!

Lovely little gem. Located at the front of the pier. Has seating and it accessible for most. Staff were friendly and the coffee and food was incredible The offer a small selection of food but the coffee selection was good. Not much if a wait to get either food or coffee.
