We have popped in today to book training day and felt very welcome by Duane. He has made us nice coffee which I enjoyed and we also got some to try at home which we have enjoyed too. Great selection, good vibes. We have booked course and got very excited. Thank you.
Such an awesome place! The coffee (which they roast themselves) is brilliant and there is so much choice. Its like a sweet shop for coffee lovers. I also love that there are so many different seating options, cool and quiet in the cellar with boardgames, light and breezy in the main shop with beautiful local artwork and plants or outside the front soaking up the Southsea sun! They have turned me into a coffee snob and I am delighted by it! Cold brew is out of this world!
I have been a regular here for years now! Not only do I have my favourites on their menu but whatever I have tried has been amazing. They partner with some awesome other businesses too for great snacks and pastries. Duane a s the team really put community at the heart of everything they do! Broadway isn’t just a good coffee shop but they genuinely do make the community of Southsea better and I wouldn’t by coffee (including ground for home) from anywhere else! Brilliant coffee roasters, awesome atmosphere!
Just found this amazing place. Only just down the road from me and with a few days off work realised it was so good! Nicest coffee I’ve ever had in Portsmouth and the staff are amazing. Even ended up buying some ground coffee to take home. The flat white and macchiato are perfect and the smells and atmosphere are superb. Couldn’t ask for a nicer place to get your coffee. Might have to start walking down at weekends with the dog - it’s dog friendly and always a friendly canine to say hello. Thank you!
Good atmosphere, friendly service, comfy seatings and incredibly tasty coffee. Definitely a place to come back to frequently!
Very helpful staff and the in house roasted coffee is fantastic. I highly recommend this independent coffee shop. They can also serve you a pint of hofmeister after 11am.
I'd walked our dog past this place a few times and we'd both noticed the doggy water bowls out front, so when he stopped for a drink one day, I thought I ought to call in sometime, to return the favour, not realising that they're totally dog friendly. D'oh! When I did call in, I found nice, friendly staff serving quality coffee, cakes, biccies and bagels (that last item I only discovered when passing the other day) in a small shop with seats and tables inside and out. What's not to love?!.
The best coffee in town, great food treats and very nice atmosphere. Loving that they promote local artists on full monthly rotation. A must go when visiting Portsmouth!
Worth-walking-40mins-coffee shop. LOL. I love this place. It has amazing coffee beans and coffee beans are all processed in the shop. I tried latte and orange Blossom today. Yes, that's a lot but I can give up my lunch quota for them. I'm not really into sunshine but if you like it, you can sit outside. Willbe back.
