   Great example of the Starbucks chain. Freshly revamped with new seating etc Staff are always friendly and the service is decent. Does get busy at peak times but worth a visit l.

   For somewhere that's recently been refurbished it's already a mess. Once ordered and waiting for your drink you can't but notice the dirtiness of the till/drink preparation area. Customer service isn't the best either. I usually go here once a week but I've had a couple of times where they've done my order incorrect. Once I ordered a hot drink but they done the cold version. Then I ordered a drink for my friend and they put the wrong syrup in it, luckily she wasn't allergic to it, otherwise this is quite worrying. So in future I'm making sure my order is correct before I leave the premises. I'll still be visiting but this isn't my go-to coffee shop. I prefer the Gosport branch as I've never had any issue there and the staff are more friendly.

   Recently been refurbished but tatty and dirty already. Floor and bench seats always covered in crumbs and dirt. Drinking in its pure 50/50 whether you’ll get a proper cup or a takeaway cup. Staff clearly don’t listen, can’t read the label or just don’t care. Recently the vast majority of hot drinks are burnt. Much prefer Gosport store, cleaner with friendlier staff and more consistent drinks.

   Visit here quite regularly now, great staff, great drinks, lots of places to sit. Myself at a recent visit was attempting to save a pigeon that had just flown into their window and severely injured itself, sadly did not survive but the girls working were super helpful. Only issue I'd say is cleanliness and not enough toilets.

   What a shambles on visiting your Whiteley store today. None of your oat milk specialty coffees available and absolutely no dairy free milk altetnative options. Dishwasher broken for at least last 2 days so all drinks served in paper cups. 3 drinks ordered and one deliveted without fulfilling order correctly. Not too much to ask for. Staff friendly enough but incredibly unfair to leave them like this!!!!

   Visited whitely Starbucks for the first time yesterday and purchased usual- egg sandwich and flat white. I requested for my sandwich to be lightly warmed/toasted to which it was denied and he added that sandwiches are not allowed to be heated ?! This is shocking to me as all other visits to Starbucks I have always had my egg sandwich toasted. Shocked. Lastly, the flat white was not hot at all.

   Bit disappointed with the cleanliness of the premise. The table that I chose was sticky so moved to another with the same effect. When I sat down to drink my coffee I was joined by the most annoying fly and this was not the first time I had experience blue bottle company. The service was good and the quality of my beverage was top notch.
