   Such a wonderful place for your doggo! Blue absolutely loves it there and is always tired out from a day of play and mind games. The staff there are nothing short of AMAZING and love the dogs just as much as their owners. I never feel worried leaving my Blue in their hands as they treat him like their own pup! Throughout the year they go above and beyond taking pictures of their daily activities and posed portraits for Halloween and Christmas along with little gifts for the dogs on special occasions too! Can’t recommend this place enough

   Small local and very friendly pet food shop with a few surprises inside. At the back is an amazing holistic dog spa. Together with the doggie daycare next door, it is a one-stop shop for you pooches.

   Contacted this organisation set my dog up to go here but unless you go every day they are not interested in your business. My dog came out stress twice very young inexperienced staff. They never rang me back the last time i contacted them. Not good for new business.

   Would I like you to pick my dog up tomorrow? Let me think about that one .... you ‘forgot’ to pick up our 8 month old puppy today, which I confirmed in person yesterday and something that happens week in week out, every Tuesday to Friday. When I called up and spoke to the center manager Lucy today, she was more worried about me referring to her staff as useless and incompetent than the welfare of our pup, she was notified of her and her staffs failings at 11:32am, I asked her to have someone attend and check on my puppy’s welfare forthwith. Having received no update I called up at 12:21pm only to be told she had slipped off for lunch whilst my puppy remained starving and in a desperate need of the toilet! I asked to speak to the business owner, who casually and without a single apology told me that she had nobody to send! Having spoken to other pet owners today, I have heard some absolute horror stories about this place, they may take in tact males but frankly this is the only good thing they do in my opinion. I would never entrust my pet to these people, I seriously hope they go out of business before they do some serious damage to an animal. Just to point out this is the second time they have screwed up our puppy’s care and failed to pick him up, once is a mistake, twice is utter incompetence in my opinion! Avoid like the plague

   The staff that work here are friendly and make you feel so welcome as soon as you enter the door. They have DIY dog wash where you can take your dog and wash them in a small room with a shower, hairdryer and a variety of shampoos and sprays. They also have a doggy day care - large inside and outside area. Still yet to try the DIY dog washing and the day care for my dog, but when I do I will let you all know what it's like :)

   I work here as a dog walker and it's a great place if you want your dog looked after well. The staff are great and adore all the dogs they care for, who leave happy and exhausted at the end of the day (the dogs that is!)
