Went in for an MOT and ended up having one of the nicest visits I could've asked for. Allan and Nash are both lovely, approachable people, and the service provided was excellent. Couldn't recommend more. I shall be back!
Outstanding Service – Above and Beyond Every Time! I’ve been bringing my car here for MOTs for a 2 years now and I’ve never had any issues, but this year the customer service was on another level. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel welcome, they even offered me hot chocolate while I waited! One of the guys sat and chatted with me the whole time, genuinely interested in me and the history of my car. My MOT unfortunately failed, but instead of just handing me a list of problems, he took the time to explain everything clearly. He gave me honest advice and even recommended a local part-worn tyre place rather than pushing his own stock, which really showed how genuine and fair they are. One of the failed parts was something they’d cleaned last year and instead of instantly replacing it, he said they’d try cleaning it again first to save me money and only replace it if needed. That kind of honesty and care is rare these days. When I brought the car back on the Monday, the owner even gave me a lift home because they were busy, and later that day called to say the MOT had passed. He then came to pick me up and took the time to explain everything that had been done. I honestly can’t fault them, fair prices, fantastic service and genuinely good people who care about their customers. Highly recommend!
I took my car to beresfords autos, with regards to timing chain noise. They inspected it free of charge and told me the outcome, my car needed major surgery. I accepted their quote and the work was carried out to a very high standard, sending me photos of stages of the work. I can't thank allan and Nash enough and I've booked in with them for more work. When my car unexpectedly broke down before a long journey, the guys at BAS managed to fit me in at very short notice and had me back on the road within a couple hours. They were very professional and did all they could to help me out in a tight situation, including driving me back to my place and picking me up once the car had been finished! Best of all they gave me an excellent price for the work completed and would recommend them to anyone needing work done on their car.
