They listened to my needs and designed the system and sold it to me for a good price. They were knowledgeable in installing but I installed it myself. Fast forward 5 weeks and the system was working perfectly. So good that I went in to purchase a better cabinet to hold my pylontech batteries. It was only then that they realised they had sold me batteries that were not suitable for a mobile use which I had told them about when I bought. They owned the problem instead of hiding, and they replaced them for me and only charged the difference. Absolutely top draw stuff from them. I will certainly be back and I'm telling everyone I can. He didn't give up though he searched through everything and he found the right one. Confident with his help he ordered it and told me to come back 3 hours later. They could have not bothered to do more than change the tyres, but the experience and skill of the staff has made me realise that not all garages are the same. A massive thank you to the staff and management. Have no hesitation recommending Formula one Gosport.”
