   We dropped in here as we had a puncture and our tyre pressure was dropping rapidly, it was busy in there and we were happy to wait any amount of time. Nathan said there was 2 people in front of us then he would fix our car. He was so friendly, kind and soon got to our car and had us back in our car in no time! Excellent customer service from Nathan, so efficient and thorough!

   Needed an emergency tyre repair to complete a service + MOT at a service - the team were amazing and got the tyre replaced within 30 minutes. A lot was going wrong that day, but the Kwik Fit team were very patient, trusting and caring - it brought a bit of control back. Thank you guys ❤️

   Since I started using Kwik Fit, in the last few years, literally all over the country, I've come to trust them totally. I've never been to the same branch twice and I'd happily recommend them to anyone who listens or asks. Why not 5 stars? On this occasion, issues uncovered during the service and MOT might have been relayed to me more expediently, so that I didn't make wasted train journeys to collect a car that wasn't ready. In all, I had to catch 9 trains over 2 days, when it might have been 4.

   Booked online to have 4 new tyres for my car. Tyres were changed within an hour or 2, which wasn’t an issue as I went away and some other things whilst I waited. Alignment was also done quickly. Credit to the team for the good service.
