Amazing! The chameleons, bearded dragons, tarantulas and snakes are brilliant! Staff super helpful and friendly. Was great with our autistic little girl. Will go back.
Good knowledgeable staff, plenty of accessories for all kinds of reptiles and creepy crawlies. Can get very busy at the weekends as it's a nice place to take the children. Very tight if you are less able or have a buggy. Easy parking and facilities in the garden centre.
Awesome place with everything you need for exotic spieces and fish. Like visiting a mini exotic zoo. Part of the Bell Plantation. Great restaurant and many non-chain shops. Brilliant antique shop as well. Go! You wont be disappointed.
The fish here seem more healthy here than other fish supplies. Ours have settled in well their new home, no issues. There's also a wide range of reptiles, which are fun to look at.
Visited yesterday to gain some more information on purchasing a chameleon. The lady that helped us was so incredibly helpful and made us feel like we could ask as many questions as we wanted even if we didn’t have any intention of buying a reptile that day. She introduced us to all of the chameleons and got one out for us to hold. I have had previous bad experiences with reptile shops and was originally very apprehensive when it came to buying a new reptile. We left feeling confident with the information we had received and then returned later in the day to show the kids the animals too. Again she was super helpful and even offered to get the really friendly chameleon out again to show the children. The lady serving us made me feel so at ease and it was her extensive knowledge and readiness to help that made us decide to reserve one of the chameleons we had met to collect in a couple weeks. I will definitely continue to use this shop for any reptile and aquarium needs I have. Very excited to go and pick up our new family member in a couple weeks! Thank you!

Towcester reptile centre generally is an amazing place I have been going there for a while now collecting my tarantulas all staff are amazing there special shout out to Rachel as she is always sending me pictures of the tarantulas I don't have so I can build the collection! The store is great the animals are well looked after, if your looking to get into reptiles then this is generally the place to go the prices are fair and they help where they can !
