   The staff are extremely helpful, but unfortunately, on this occasion, They only had the door lock, but didn't have the door latch required to operate the lock. Online app said Karcher k7 jetwash was in stock, upon going to the shop it actually wasn't, so have ordered for next day collection

   I visited today to buy several external door locks of varying sizes. Trying to understand the individual descriptions of each lock was not easy. Normally I order products on-line and collect. I visited the store and spoke to Ian. I had taken the old locks with me. I explain I was finding it difficult to identify the size of the lock I needed. He was 'very' patient with me, and helped to measure up the different sizes and types of locks. (I tried at home by got confused with all the different brands and the sizes that had to be measured. Again Ian was very patient). I had to pop back and get 1 more addition key. I believe most customers would probably not have needed this level assistance but Ian was well over above any normal standard expected in this environment. Please thank him. Chris

   Long story short- Went in with a query about some door handles which were now updated to a slightly different design by the manufacturer, the very kind lady on the till (who I think was called Ellie but don't hold me to it!?) was very helpful in directly ringing the Havant store to see if they had any of the older stock. There was and she reserved them for me. Very grateful for this as she could have simply just palmed me off. Really need more kind people like her. Give her a pay rise!

   Can’t contact local store by phone only via hub. Phoned twice wait times 30 and 40 minutes respectively. Ridiculous Trying to track a package that should have been delivered yesterday. It’s now late afternoon the following day. Still no package. Not impressed.
