Lots of bargains and special offers and choice / range of products. Quite a big store with more luxury end produce as well with quite a large carpark free for 2 hours

I’ve been in here a couple of times when in the area, it seems like an alright shop to me, it seems to have everything you need and is actually quite a large store, especially for a co-op. The car park is a good size.

Expensive and slow. They've got four checkouts that never open even when there is a queue a mile long. Some products easily double the price they should be. If this wasn't an Evri drop off point or the nearest cashpoint I'd never go in

Up until today, I've had no complaints about this co-op. Have been using it for past year. Today whilst at the self serve checkout, there were no bags as per usual. I politely asked a member of staff if I could have a bag, I was first told to wait. And then when I went to take the bag from him, he said "no, wait" as he then leaned over my till, keeping a close eye on me and scanned the bag in, before allowing me to finally take it! Is this normal? Are you suspicious of all customers and that they may steal a carrier bag?? I've never knowingly stolen a bag from any shop, and deem myself fairly capable of pressing the amount of bags, when it asks me!! Is it part of training, to be on guard to prevent theft of cheap plastic bags?? "Keep an eye on that customer, she's been in several times this week and always wants a bag" I've given one star, to prove that when I'm asked by the self checkout machine, how many bags I've used? I can press "one" very well.

The cooked chicken made my dog ill! She brought it back up. This has not happened before. I had to clean the carpet. She is 12 years I will only give her beef and I will never go there again!

Under the current circumstances the staff at this store deserve the highest praise. They continue to be polite and helpful although they are at risk by being at work for our benefit. The store policy of limiting purchases is working, as although there are some shortages, most 'essential' items are in stock. Do not complain if these lovely people ask you to limit the number of items you buy, they are doing a wonderful job.

I would just like to comment - or complain - about the service i received this afternoon from your CTM Lizzie. At no point did she look happy to be at work or to be of service to customers and treated us as if we were an inconvenience in her day. In fact she rolled her eyes heavenwards when i asked her for a receipt!! What an effort to press a button and produce a duplicate of a receipt that she should have offered me in the first place. Not an asset to the store which otherwise wasn't a bad shopping experience.

Lovely staff and great stock. It is pricier than some superstores but there are still good value offers. Most of all I appreciate the outstanding work they do in the community - they've helped so many local projects. I have very strong customer loyalty as a result!
