Love visiting this pub. Friend lived round the corner in the mid 90s and we spent a lot of time in here. Still a great pub, with loads of memories (so lost to the beer though!)

Great Hull Old Town pub. Amazing range of beers and ales - including Murphy’s which can be hard to find on draught and Heineken 0% on tap. Great food, especially the range of Pieminister pies and fresh chips. Definitely a pub I keep going back to!

Cracking pub in the Old Town area of Hull. Can get quite busy but they do have a decent sized outdoor area too with heaters. Good bar menu for food which was decently priced and good quality/nice. Decent range of drinks too, again reasonably priced. The service was good, very friendly, we had some good chats with the landlord who was a nice friendly guy and told us a little bit about the area. We’ll visit Old Town again and will definitely return here and would recommend it.

This was a superb pub for drinking, with a lively old Tudor interior! The classic pub imagery on the walls and ceilings adds a quirkiness, counter has a compact design. I enjoyed a pint of Mango Cider, sitting at a large table with comfy seats!

Came here on a Saturday for some food and a few drinks. Really nice outdoors for good weather, and a lovely warm and atmospheric inside. The place is quite small but that adds to the ambiance. There's a load of great drinks on tap and the menu is pretty varied. We went for the pieminster pies, which while they are a bit pricey were excellent. I had the Moo (steak and ale pie) with chips and minted mushy peas. All of it was great and we all had clean plates. Can get a little rowdy at times and as I said is a bit small, but if you can get a table you'll have a great time.

Another hidden gem in the Old Town on Hull's High Street. The food is excellent and the beer and other drinks well received. If you're lucky to meet Toby the dog don't believe his big brown eyes, he's well fed and doesn't need your dinner

Very unusual food choices, very tasty though. Nice to have such a wide choice for veggies and vegans. Lively atmosphere, if a bit noisy for we older people. We will definitely visit again to try the other food.
