   We were the only people in the pub and it took over 30minutes for some burgers to arrive. My meal came with a hair on it. I asked for a replacement. When the waitress brought my 'new' meal out 5 mins later, I noticed that the chip I'd previously dipped in the sauce and put down again after spotting the hair was still on the plate. I asked if the meal had actually been replaced or if the hair was just removed. After checking with the kitchen staff, the waitress said the meal had been replaced. I pointed out that it hadn't since the chip with sauce on was still on my plate The waitress then spoke to the chef and said it would be a further 15min wait if I wanted a replacement. I'd already lost my appetite by that point and didn't have time to wait any longer as I had other plans to attend so got a refund instead I could have forgiven the hair on my plate if the chef had actually given me a fresh meal but to pretend to replace it and lie about it makes me question how clean their kitchen area/staff are when handling food.

   Really friendly staff and very clean, food is also amazing. Would highly recommend this pub. Dog friendly and plenty of seats to accommodate even large parties or just two people.

   Second time visiting the Priory Inn for food. After having what I can only describe as the BEST pub chicken burger I've ever had. I fancied the same again. But Monday night is pie night! A choice of pie, choice of potatoes, peas, gravy and a pint for £9.50? It would be rude not to! Order placed, 15 min later we have our food. And I'd say it was well worth the wait, but we didn't have to wait! It was lovely. I would highly recommended.

   Burger was good. Beer was good. My pudding was good. The staff were very helpful and patient. You can watch sports here. Toilets were clean.

   The perfect pub to go to in Hull! They’ve got a wide variety of beers, always have live sporting events on, the food is absolutely amazing and the staff are always great. It’s not even my local pub but I travel 15/20 mins to go here cause it’s the best pub to be in.

   The atmosphere on the weekend is top end with the disco and karaoke with a great bar team at hand. The landlord and lady are always willing to help out with guest events like buffets and presentations nights. The food is amazing the chef knows his stuff and it always comes out hot and very well presented.
