   Excellent veterinary clinic. They were able to offer a same-day appointment and a follow-up the next day, and showed genuine care throughout. A few days later they even called to check how my cat was doing, which I really appreciated. Since September, I have seen several different vets at this clinic and they have all been kind, attentive and very competent. The reception team is also extremely helpful. I highly recommend this clinic.

   My 2 dogs have both had their 6 monthly checks this week. Both times all the staff were very friendly and professional and had lots of time for my dogs. One is nervous and the other excited (and blind) and they gave both dogs just what they needed. I have every confidence in the vets and everyone takes their time to answer questions and make sure I understand everything

   We’ve visited Medivet many times over the last 5 years with our dog and our two cats. Never had a bad experience, the staff are always friendly and very helpful. The vets make a fuss of the cats and our dog has made friends with most of the staff! We’ve always managed to get urgent appointments when required too. Great to know we can rely on them.

   I actually changed my rating from 4 to 5 after being a customer for our 3 pets for years. They've been very good and staff members are great and caring. When we had to put our doggo to sleep Jorge came out to us and was absolutely outstanding. When we had to take one of our cats to an emergency vet in MK in the weekend and the got him transferred to GD on Monday we believed he was in much better care, even though he had to be take to another location overnight. But the care and staff and much more reassuring.
