   Came in here to check a catalogue because I was told on Saturday by the guy I met to come in on Sunday by 1pm. I saw an older man maybe the owner or dad. He was extremely rude and racist. He looked at me with disgust and his facial expression said it all. I have never felt this way before. He said if there was no catalogue yesterday there won’t be one today or next time. I told him it’s fine that I only came because I was promised that there will be one today. I left feeling very belittled and angry. I will never go there again.

I was looking for a new sectional and coffee table, and they guided me through the selection with patience and expertise. The quality of the furniture is outstanding – you can tell it’s made to last. Delivery was smooth and right on time, and the setup crew was respectful and efficient. My living room looks like it’s straight out of a magazine now. I’ll definitely be coming back when it’s time to furnish the bedroom. Highly recommend!

   June 2016 after ordering a 3 piece suite, Leonardo TV cabinet, Leonardo corner unit, Leonardo dining table and chairs, I read some reviews on this company. I became very concerned, stressed and worried. But why??? People just like to complain. I have my complete order, delivery men unpacked and installed every item. Quality excellent, competitive prices. I would certainly order from Italian Furniture Direct again. I telephoned the store the following day to thank them personally.    Not a good company, do not part with your money without receiving your goods. We bought a sideboard and three display cabinet. We paid deposit for the order, but before delivering he insisted that we pay in full before he delivers. That was our big mistake. Side board was okay but three display cabinet all had faults/broken, two cabinets, mirrors were missing, one door was broken. We were told this will be corrected soon. Three weeks later, door and one mirror was re-fitted. Three months later I am still waiting for a mirror for my incomplete cabinet. The owner is no longer replying to our emails or phone calls. He has cheated us. If possible do not deal with this company and if you do. pay cash on delivery, otherwise you will regret in the same way as we are doing. I feel so sad, I waited so long for my items and parted with our hard earned money. I feel so foolish and sad trusting this company. We paid in March, we are still waiting for Bernard to deliver inside mirror for the cabinet. Also my review is being removed so people can't see what this company is about.
