   I stayed in their property on Cleveland Road while i was working in the area and was very happy with the room and en suite bathroom. The cleaners were very accommodating and friendly, and the room was spotless on arrival. There were a couple of areas not quite up to scratch however, like the wifi was not working properly as the wifi name was not available and the password given did not match any available wifi, and the parking permits were not available as mentioned, but aside from this things were fine. We did have a problem with thievery from the communal kitchen but there is not a lot the host can do if people choose to steal others food. If i was in need of accommodation in the Portsmouth area again I would definitely contact this host in the future as a first port of call
