   Hotel is very old, wifi is terrible, even if you pay £5 extra for the premium one. I had to move around the room just to get a signal. I can't even remember the last time I stayed in a hotel with such wifi issues - you just take it for granted nowadays. The breakfast at the Beefeater restaurant next door also wasn't worth the money. On a positive note, the receptionist was extremely friendly and helpful. Still, I wouldn't recommend this hotel if you have better options.

   There are 2 x Premier inns with an identical postcode at this location. One is high rise. The other has just 2 floors. Don't pay for the carpark until you establish if you are in the correct hotel!!!! We went to the wrong one. Fortunately for us we relocated to the nicer one with 2 floors & a Beefeater next door. Receptionist was very helpful discussing bus routes & times to The Hard. Room was large, clean, quiet and had a great shower. Would stay here again.

   I used this brilliant Premier Inn after arriving at Portsmouth on a ferry from Spain. Very close to the terminal and a nice and convenient place to stay before driving home the next day. Staff very helpful and friendly. An excellent night's stay. Going to use again in October.

   People in hotel were nice, but a shame the room I stayed in had mosquito type flies in and I was eaten alive during the night. I wanted to give Premier Inn an opportunity to address this before posting but all I got was "we are sorry, but your complaint falls outside of our T&C's" The T&C's say that you must raise issues with on-site management. However I didn't know I had been bitten until I had left the building, so, how could I? anyway, I wouldn't stay here as standards are poor, and because of the way Premier Inn treat customers, I will never stay in any of their hotels again. I go to a lot of gigs and work trips, so that spend will go elsewhere now

   Located just off the M27 in a retail park area. Given a slightly earlier check in after a long drive from the North East. Fast and friendly check in. Very modern room and bathroom with large TV and tea and coffee making facilities. Beefeater pub located next door for eating and drinking. Free WiFi. Only downside was no late check out available as our ferry was not until 9.30pm, but no big problem.

   I have to say this was one of the most enjoyable times I've had at a Premier Inn. The staff at the beef eater attached were the sweetest. They took time to convo with you. Made me feel at home and remembered what we liked. Prob because we normally shut the place down and drink all their whiskey. Lol

   Stopped for our 40th wedding anniversary, room spotless, Bed so comfy beautiful shower, nice food in harbour lights which is a 2 minute walk away, came back to room last night and had a box of chocolates and bottle of rose wine waiting for us! What a lovely gesture. Staff so nice.

   Staff was nice and polite. Room was Korean and tidy, modern with very comfortable large bed. Modern bathroom with a shower cubicle rather than a bed. Would have liked more tea coffee and milk in the room, but reception were more than happy to give us more. Handy for the Queen Alexandra Hospital where I was booked in for surgery.
