   I contacted Dack & Peter Dack (the property manager) regarding issues at a property—twice by phone during Peter’s office hours and then again by email. I received no reply and no call back. As I’ve been left with no other option, I’m sharing my experience here. If Dack feels the need to respond to this review, I would suggest first responding to their emails. It has been over a week since I sent mine and over 2 weeks since I phoned, and I haven’t even received an acknowledgment of receipt.

   We've been renting the property through Dacks estate agents for just over 2 years now and I can sincerely say they provided an excellent service in looking after the facilities throughout the whole period. Especially, Clare has been really helpful and responsive, and whenever there is something broken, she would react straight away and get it sorted. I would highly recommend this agency to anyone who's looking to rent a property.

   Been renting through Dack over 2 years, cannot fault them. All the staff are friendly and efficient, if anything needs doing then it gets done quickly.    If I could give 0 stars I would. Absolutely useless company, everyone in my block and specifically me and my partner has had nothing but complaints for nearly 2 years about everything from parking to noise, to the recycling bins from one person alone and yet dack have done nothing. Borderline harrassment to be made this uncomfortable. Who should sit in their home 2m from their tv and have subtitles on, or have to tiptoe around and not put washing up etc away past 7pm purely because we cannot be dealing with the constant stupid and pathetic complaints. The property manager ‘Martin’ feels as though it isn’t his job to mediate complaints? So who’s job is it then? Does not return phone calls or emails, so had to take it further.

   I viewed a property with the letting agent Chelsea, honestly never had such amazing customer service, so welcoming and fun. Had a really lovely chat about the flat and in general and made the whole experience enjoyable, especially in comparison to other letting agencies I’ve viewed places with. Honestly couldn’t praise her enough

   Dack have been brilliant throughout the initial rental process and all through our tenancy. Responses are fast and they always do everything they can to help us whilst also respecting our privacy. Clare and Beth have been especially helpful and are always friendly and easy to talk to. If you're considering renting or buying , Dack are a good choice.
