   The service I have received from Leaders over a period of nearly ten years has been nothing but exemplary. This includes from lettings and sales departments. I would highly recommend Leaders of Gosport to anyone. They are one of the few companies in this day and age I am happy to say it was a pleasure to deal with. The staff are competent, efficient and very nice people. What more can you ask for.

   We knew Helen was the one when she came and did the valuation on our house. She was professional, seemed honest and thorough (told us all the things we needed to get the house ready). Nevertheless, when I called the other competitor to tell them we were going with Leaders, they wooed me by sharing statistics (which I now believe must have been fabricated.) We did not like the vibe we were getting from the other lettings agents. They were nonchalant and evasive when we asked questions. When they finally found a tenant, and we told them we did not want to use the no deposit option, they told us the tenants may not want to rent the property again. We waited for a response; however, a week later we still had not received any updates from them. With my tail between my legs, I called Helen, and she graciously accepted us as clients. Helen, offered to pick up the keys from the competitor - very gutsy! Within two days she found us tenants, and worked assiduously to ensure the property was ready for the tenants. With Helen, I felt like she actually cared about finding tenants for us. She went out of her way to ensure the property was ready in time for occupancy. We are now in the United States, and even with a five hour time difference, Helen always responded to my questions in a timely manner. She even gave me her number, so I could contact her outside office hours. You really cannot ask for more than that! If you are looking for a professional, diligent, honest and thorough, lettings agent, I highly recommend Helen at Leaders Gosport. She is the best!

   Valerie, Jessica and Megan provided a caring, professional hands on service selling our house. In todays' world of impersonal links, and mysterious far away call centres, it was a pleasure to deal with real people, dedicated to providing the best possible service in an open and friendly manner. All of my questions were answered promptly and fully, and I felt I was in the loop the whole time. I really felt that these ladies were working for me, not as an inconvenience, but as friends, and I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending the team at Leaders, Gosport.

   I recently requested an additional key fob to my building and I was assisted by Katie Brooks in the Property Management Department. Katie was incredibly prompt in her response on email, when difficulties arose in reaching the third party building managers for support here she kept chasing. I was kept informed and Katie called me to ensure I was updated on the resolution. I have no doubt that if she were able to get the key fob without the third party building managers, she would have provided it to me immediately herself! A great example for customer service.

   I would like to say that I really cannot rate Helen Smith highly enough, she has just been amazingly helpful to us both, with enquiries about rental issues and finding us excellent tenants over the years. Absolutely excellent customer service and Helen actually goes above and beyond her role, she actually takes time to listen and her advice has been absolutely invaluable. Highly professional and literally nothing is too much trouble for her at all. I have had other rental agencies contact me but would never leave Leaders. Also to say the other staff in the branch are really excellent, always helpful and willing to help. Would recommend with no hesitation at all.

   Finally have exchanged on my first property, bought through Leaders. The process was an absolute war and dragged on for months and months thanks to some absolutely inept solicitors - but Leaders were genuinely a shining light throughout. Constantly on my side, constantly there to help, constantly replying within a short time frame. The customer service is as good as I have ever experienced. Megan went above and beyond throughout the whole process and Leaders are genuinely lucky to have her - she was always there to help me out with things, would reply within minutes most of the time and I genuinely felt like she cared as much as I did at times! I cannot praise her highly enough and I hope she is as appreciated by the company as much as I appreciated her help throughout the whole thing. Could not be happier and solely thanks to her & the rest of the team at Leaders this process was bearable. Cannot recommend them highly enough and when it comes to my next property purchase I'll let out a huge sigh of relief if Leaders are the estate agent. Thank you so much everyone Sam
