Cat was absolutely fine and hopefully treated well, they say you can check their facebook to see how your cat is doing. Wouldn’t let me see where the cats are kept, might be protocol but it worried me since they said they’ve had a lot cats before and it’s not a massive building, I can’t imagine they have so much space. They had 15 the time we visited.

Well what can I say, I used this cattery quite alot and thought it was good until last week when my partner dropped my cat off for me and got quite alot of abuse from the elderly lady(helen). My work changed so I had to cancel the booking for that day and all future bookings bearing in mind my cat was staying five days at a time then with me for 4 days then again etc..... So plenty of money for the stays however when I cancelled I got a reply from the only nice and polite lady (faye) who responded with a thank you for letting them know. There was no mention of a cancellation fee. So nearly two months later when my partner dropped the cat off for a week she was treated horribly and to be honest the elderly lady (Helen) was very disrespectful. Lots of huffing and puffing and saying she told me there was a twenty pound charge over the phone but this wasn't true because I cancelled by email and recieved a response via email. So when I picked my cat up today I was met by the elderly man(john) who began to argue with me and say it was very disrespectful to say the elderly lady! My blood was boiling with the way we was spoken to and treated. My cat has not stopped eating since bringing her home so can only imagine she hasn't had much food. Not sure if there attitude and rudeness was taken out on my cat whilst she was there for a week! Won't be using this cattery ever again and would recommend any future customers really look into this place and especially the owners who think it's OK to abuse there customers! John and helen you can stick the future bookings up your a***!

Please be aware they never give refunds even when holidays are cut short so their services are no longer needed. I only used this cattery because everywhere else was fully booked, and Helen the owner, claims she'll lose money on an " empty run" if I took my cat home early! I'm surprised she thinks there's no one desperate enough that they might need a last minute place for their pets.

Im disgusted with their service, I had to take my cat to the vets the next morning, he had a seizure from the stress he was under. My cat stayed here 4 days, he came home very distressed and nervous, totally stressed. I had arranged for him to be dropped back at 3pm, I had to keep calling them, they was really messing me about i finally got him home 3 hrs later, im not impressed with their service at all, I won't be using them again, I

I have left my cat with these caring people on several occasions now and have always been more than happy with the service received. The most recent one stands out in particular though. About three weeks before my cat was booked in for stay at Greenfields he developed an abscess on his neck after having a scrap with one of the other cats on our street. After a couple of trips to the vets and a good deal of antibiotics he was pretty much healed up, with just a patch of shaved skin exposed and a slight scab. All was well and just in time for our trip, I thought. The very morning I was due to take him in he strolled through the cat flap with the wound reopened! I couldn’t believe it. I rang my vet who advised it would be ok to use an antiseptic spray daily this time as the wound wasn't as large as before. I spoke to Greenfields and explained all of this as I was worried it was a bit of an ask. All of my concerns were put to rest straight away. Faye assured me that they would be happy to apply the spray and I would be contacted immediately if they thought anything was getting worse and would take him to my vet. None of that was necessary, thankfully. I picked up my cat a week later looking very healthy, his wound now barely noticeable. I can honestly say that these people really do care about their work and are happy to help if they can. It’s so nice to know I can leave my cat with them whenever I go away and not have to worry at all. Exemplary service all round. Many, many thanks Greenfields! Highly recommended!

I haven't used the cattery but the kind-assuring staff was beyond expected when greatly needed upon my cat passing away elsewhere and using their cremation facilities for pets they offer they were like angels caring and helping my family when we were in desperate need of advice, help and care for our beloved cat that we had time to say our goodbye to and confident that he was dealt with as we had wished for . Sensitive to our situation we were given advice that helped the concerns of the unknown and we used them again upon my daughters pets death . I would recommend the caring hands of the staff if you want your pet to be individually cremated and a service that is priced well and worth so much more !

We always take our cat here. Friendly, clean, efficient service, and Teddy is very well cared for. They even provide a collection/drop off service.

I wouldn't use any other cattery for my precious baby! The staff it's great and my cat was always happy there. Plenty of living space for the pets, in comparison with other catteries. We are usually bringing our food, as my baby is fussy, but the cattery provides this too. Thank you everybody, you are doing an amazing job!
