I had a good experience shopping at this discount supermarket. The prices were great, and there was a solid selection of fresh produce and everyday essentials. The store was clean and easy to navigate, and the staff were helpful when I needed assistance. Definitely a reliable place to grab groceries at a good value !
Always great to go in a grab a bargain. Hit and miss if you will find any, but that's the nature of the game. Always loved Heron
Smaller than some of Heron's outlets but adequately stocked to satisfy most people's needs. Mainly stocking a huge variety of frozen produce but also supplies snacks sweets and everything you need to stock up your cupboards
Brought some lurpack but realised when I got home it was unsalted went back to change but because I didn't have a recipt they could not change it I then purchased some more butter and guess what no recipt was given staff are rude
This store has now become quite expensive over the last six months,not the same as last year, now found Aldi the best overall.
It's cheap and cheerful. It does the job. The big thing that gets on everyone's nerves is the staff constantly chat to each other on headsets. Even when they're serving you. Rude!
As much as I like this place - I am not a fan of the staff talking to ??? (Headset/mobile devices) Whilst I'm at the till. What happened to customer service - it's just rude.
Fair price certainly the way inflation is going up and wages sitting still very clean and nice staff
