Very helpful staff! Always helps my mother in law as she arrives in a mobility scooter. Nothing is too much. She loves her visits there.

As always, it's the staff that make every retail experience worthwhile and at the Chanterlands Avenue branch they're just as good as at all of the other branches I frequently use.

Great selection and good value, friendly staff!

It's a small shop, so you'll need to go elsewhere to complete your groceries. There is some bargains but you'll have to check the dates as the stock is nearly expired. Personally, I wouldn't buy fruits and vegs from Heron as they aren't dated and always look rotten. Many times I noticed fruit flies around them and inside the packaging which is disgusting

Really miss shopping here, they're always friendly and helpful no matter who you are. I moved to Holderness Road and have been shopping at the Herons there, and the difference is shocking. It really puts customer service into perspective. A very rude, lazy and unwelcoming place, they need to take lessons from the team at the Chanterlands Avenue Herons.
