   Walked in today at 1:30pm. We were the only customers in the store with 2 staff members present. We walked around lost and confused and clearly needed assistance and not one staff members said hello, can I help you. These are basics that need addressing.

   I recently used Pharmacy Link, as my usual pharmacy couldn't source a specialist dressing quickly. The staff, namely Allison and Amy, have been so incredibly helpful, super friendly and efficient and it has been an absolute pleasure to deal them both, over the past few weeks. They have delivered amazing customer service, and are a real credit to Pharmacy Link. Personally, I would award six stars if I could. Well done all!

   Fantastic pharmacy! This is where I always go and the service is far better than I have ever received elsewhere! My prescriptions are ready quickly and I get a text when I can collect! They have been super helpful for my mum when ordering a prescription from a surgery miles away! The staff are always happy to help and assist even if it’s something more unusual! I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

   My wife experienced a re-occurance of a past condition. The Medical Centre Pharmacy over the road, despite fulfilling the initial prescription, were unable to help. Pharmacy Link said "She had this and this - I can give you this and this - same stuff different box" Why couldn't the Med Centre have done that? Thank you Pharmacy Link - sorted - wife is better :-)
