   I went there today to buy night nurse from pharmacy as I have a heavy cold i was told I couldn't buy it as my symptoms didn't warrant it , I was furious who do think they are to decide if I have a bad enough cold..absolutely disgraceful!!!

   Went to Tesco pharmacy today on behalf of my care home where I work to pick up medication for to off our residents Head nurse phoned ahead to ask if the medication was ready to pick-up Was told yes But the young girl that served me was not very helpful was quiet rude just brush me aside and started to serve someone else The older lady that work there was very helpful explain the nurse should of given me a slip with what was owning So we got it all sorted out in the end so a big thank to the her

   Absolutely awful. Still. They have no staff- I appreciate there's a national shortage of pharmacists, but why on earth isn't there more than one counter assistant? I waited for 35 mins today to get to the front of the queue (feeling unwell), when it wasn't even that busy, to be told my prescription wasn't ready and it would be another 15 mins. Explained I only had 5 mins before I needed to get my child, but the assistant just shrugged.

   I've had the same problem as everyone else, they hang up the phone when you try to call. Chichester is very poorly served by pharmacies, someone with some entrepreneurial spirit could make a fortune filling the gaping hole of pharmacy serves here!

   Been phoning for over half an hour as they are supposed to be open and I'm desperate to know if they have my much needed meds. Phone rings and they pick up but immediately hang up! Seems this is a constant theme judging by the amount of reviews that state the same so why isn't someone doing something about this? Terrible customer service! The staff responsible should be disciplined for not doing their job.

   I am currently travelling around the UK and therefore have to get my GP surgery to email my prescription to a local chemist. In this instance, this Tesco pharmacy was the closest to my current location. As many others have said, they don’t answer their phone! As it is an 8 mile trip to the chemist I tried calling to ensure that they had received the emailed prescription so that I didn’t do the journey only to find it wasn’t ready. After 4 unanswered calls to them I drove over. My GP surgery had emailed the prescription over on Tuesday morning. I arrived at the chemist Wednesday afternoon and only then do they ‘find’ my prescription so I was then told it would be 20 minutes to take 3 things off the shelf. They were not very busy with customers so I don’t understand why they continue, despite many complaints about them not answering their phone, they continue to ignore it. From what I could see there were at least 3 people behind the counter. I’ve had my prescriptions delivered to several other Tesco pharmacies and they have all answered their phones when I’ve called to confirm it’s been received and ready to collect. There are loads of people out there looking for work, hire someone to answer the phones if you’re overworked or can’t be arsed.

   Not happy! each time I try to phone the pharmacy I get ringing for 2 minutes then the phone cuts off. Bad customer service in my opinion

   Appalling service! Tried to phone to ask if pharmacist on duty. No reply - phone rang half a dozen times and then cut off. Repeated six times, same every time. Tried going through 0345 number - phone ringing 15 mins, no answer. Got bored & decided to mow the lawn
