   I have been using this pharmacy for around 15 years. In the early years, the service was excellent, reliable, and well-managed. Unfortunately, over time the quality has gone downhill. The management has become very poor, and the overall service has worsened significantly. It’s disappointing to see such a decline after many years of loyalty.

   Picked up a prescription the other day. Staff were friendly enough and the shelves were well stocked. The prescription was quick enough. The only thing letting it down was the cleanliness. It looks like this was not an overnight mess. So not sure how long it had been there. Being a pharmacy I’d expect it to be spotlessly clean 15 minutes after it opened.

   My partner and I came here earlier today in desperate need of travel vaccinations and the staff could not have been more helpful. Everything was explained clearly and efficiently, and the young lady who administered our vaccines was an absolute delight. I’d definitely recommend Lalys if you need travel vaccinations on a short turn around!

   Woeful service. Went to pick up an urgent prescription for my son who has an acute ear infection, branch had decided to close 10 minutes early. Rang the other branch in Guidlhall who were unprepared to help and told me to call back 111. Woeful and irresponsible.

   They are very polite, friendly and skilled, They work very hard to accommodate patients needs. They always have the medication that other pharmacies don’t have, I suffer depression and anxiety so it’s very important to get my prescription on time before I run out medication, Can’t recommend enough, it’s really worth visiting this pharmacy.
