Showed up at 9am on Saturday to collect desperately needed medication only to be told that they don't have a pharmacist on the premises therefore cannot let us in.....This will be the last time I have my scripts sent to them.....one thing after another :-( I know it's not the ladies fault but Lloyds is a big firm.....sort it out

This place are so unprofessional, total lack of customer support. I have been using this chemist because it is next to my doctors never has a prescription been ready when required. Lloyds is a large organization why can't they sort this particular chemist out?

Multiple trips to collect one prescription, being told itβs ready the next day and itβs not. One prescription took four visits to collect being told each time it would be ready the next day. Staff are rude, unhelpful and unprofessional. Each visit taking 20-30 minutes. Even one incident where I was given a dose wrongly labelled that if I hadnβt noticed it was the wrong packet could have caused health problems. Didnβt get an apology for that incident was made to feel like it was nothing to worry about. My advice go to boots down the road where there are polite staff who go out of their way to help.

Worst chemist in Gosport. Fortunately it is not my main chemist, if it was I'd be changing it and certainly won't be calling in again. It's staggering how a business that should be customer led, isint. And you would think their head office would want to know why they are getting so many bad reviews. Their end game is to make money and if customers are walking and using other chemists I would want to know why and then make it right. At the moment it only exists because it's attached to the GP surgery. If it wasn't, I'm pretty sure people would not be using them. I mean there are far better places to go if you want the worse service ever with plenty of bad attitude and total lack of respect. Chemists are used by people who are not well or at least not feeling to great. But to go there only to be made to feel worse. How is that providing health care. Especially when we are being told to use our chemists more for health care advice. I did call in if passing and needed something, like today. When I arrived there was already a customer in front of me. So there I am waiting in line when the person in front who must have been waiting sometime and was clearly angry, asked if there was anyone serving today? Which was a legitimate question barring mind there was FIVE staff working then. The customer appeared to be ignored and all you could here was the staff asking each other "who should be serving and where a certain staff member was. Is certainly appeared that nobody had any clue what was going on and all seemed more concern about gossiping about other staff who were not there. Anyway someone eventually appeared, no apology given, just said " didn't see you there". Then another staff member appeared, again no apology and asked me what I wanted. I said " the will to live as I've just lost mine" I know, scarcasim is the lowest form of wit but at times it's so appropriate. Anyway it was wasted as it clearly went over her head, judging by the blank gaze that came across her face (mind you, that look could be a prerequisite to getting a job there). So I asked for what I wanted only for the glorified shop girl to disappear behind the counters. Now, I knew what was coming but I waited anyway. She reappeared and said the pharmacist was not allowing me to have them as I have been in to often asking for what I wanted and it's against the licensing laws to sale them if being used often as it should be on prescription. Thirty years as a nurse and it's the first time I've heard that. And in any case it's not true as for peace of mind I checked. Online and I phoned the pharmaceutical association. Remember, I only called in if passing, which is not that often as I have my own chemist. So them saying I call in there often is not true. I also said why would I get it prescribed when it's cheaper to buy without one. Plus I only use then as and when and not on a regular basis. Plus my GP if fully aware. It was him who recommended them and has mentioned before his dislike of these sudo medical practitioners. Anyway, I said that's fine if that's there decision but if there was going to be a next time (there won't be) I would appreciate it if they would talk to me privately and not across the counter for everyone else to hear about my private and confidential business. At which point someone from the rear laughed. I asked who that was and what part of all this did they find funny. Of course no one had the balls to own up. But it just goes to show what an awful place this is and what they think of their customers. So bottom line is....AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS and anywhere else is better then there.

Disrespectful staff, but the delivery driver is by far the worst. I live about a 2 minute drive from the pharmacy, but I struggle to leave my house due to mental health issues. Since October, the GP set up for them to deliver it weekly, and me sign for it. They maybe got it right once or twice since, so I've had to go out more than once a week in order to correct it- which is hugely stressful and has impacted me negatively every time. If it's not them delivering the correct increased dose, the worst of all is when the delivery driver lies to the staff and say they've been to mine. Let me elaborate. I can't work because of how severe my issues are, as a result I rarely leave the house other than for appointments. There's been only a couple of situations where the driver left a slip of paper in my door saying I wasn't home (this is the correct way to deal with it). However, the other times, they wouldn't even be bothered to show up or even knock on my door, let alone leave a slip, where they'd be telling the in-store staff that they have. This has happened maybe 6-8 times now and it's ridiculous. So don't bother to waste your money here, and please travel to the one at Rowner Tesco. I can't afford to pay for mine therefore the NHS does, so even if you don't have to, it's not worth you degrading yourself to their treatment.

very poor customer service, slow is an understatement. Waiting for a prescription can be anything from 10 minutes upwards, made worse by other customers complaining about the service. After doing a review of my medication, which was not a requested by me and taking up my time I complained to head office which only exacerbated the situation. I decided to see if the service was any better, for convenience as it is situated next door to the surgery. I managed to get that wrong, after waiting 25 minutes they told me they didn't have a specific item so they gave me a slip for the remaining item. When I returned for it the following day,I expected to find it ready for collection, however that was not the case and after a 35 minute wait I told them to keep it and haven't been back since. my advice... go to Boots in Rowner lane, they even have staff ready to serve you...
