   I went to the pharmacy today for a consultation with Dally and he was one of the most kindest, helpful pharmacists I have ever spoken to. He was extremely reassuring and made me feel I was in safe hands. I have usually felt uncomfortable in consultations as I am unsure on new routes with new medication but I am so glad I had Dally to discuss this with as he was very kind in explaining everything to me and also reassured me on the next steps. The customer service I have received today was 5 stars and I couldn’t recommend him more

   This appears to be Google Maps entry for the poor Lloyds Pharmacy that used to be here. If you are reviewing the much better Carefirst Pharmacy which has taken over since around 2023 please search for that to find details of the current (Feb 2025 +) pharmacy and leave a review there.

   I am delighted with how quick and efficient this pharmacy is. Sunny does a brilliant job with the team there. It’s such a drastic improvement on all pharmacies in the local area. My repeat prescription is always ready on time. I used to hang about for 45+ minutes at other places. Keep up the fantastic work!!

   EDIT: I have kept the previous negative 1* review below, because it was fun to write. However, this pharmacy has dramatically improved due to the new pharmacist in post. Organized, efficient, very friendly and gave me such useful advice. Thanks team. PREVIOUS REVIEW: A bewildering ordeal. This pharmacy won't issue same day prescriptions from the adjacent pharmacy because they're "snowed under" - which wouldn't be an issue except then they won't release your prescription to be collected from other pharmacies. They'll tell you that they have, but then they won't. And you won't realise that until you've gone across town to another pharmacy to try and collect it. The staff seem nice enough. But this is insane levels of incompetence. When stood in a queue of 10 equally desperate people that seems to be moving at a slow crawl, you start to question whether you even want to be treated. Some of the other people in the queue with me have the same issue. We move as convoy from this pharmacy, back to the local Rowlands pharmacy, and back again. Like lost souls in a bureaucratic nightmare. Pray for us.

   Unhelpful and unprofessional staff members…being a pharmacy professional myself I am shocked that these people are employed. I would suggest booking yourselves onto some patient care courses or leave the profession. Not a pharmacy I would recommend using.

   Rude obnoxious staff! No ‘can do attitude’ or willingness to help as other pharmacies do. This lot are really not interested and worse still, they don’t actually care. DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY!

   This pharmacy is the pits. Staff are rude, Tasha is rude AND incompetent, I have now moved my pharmacy as they cannot cope with the workload. I don’t want to go to the pharmacy when unwell and walk out feeling worse. When I ran out of medication I was told to “take more responsibility for my health” and the reason for running out???? The pharmacy didn’t do my script for 3 weeks. So it’s not me who should take more responsibility it’s them. For some people this chemist is their lifeline, it’s the only place they can go and it’s convenient next to doctors, so hang you head in shame. Learn some customer service, train the existing staff and get more staff preferably with a better attitude and your customers might come back.
