   When someone phones constantly from 5:20 to 5:30 it’s because they need professional help. Prescribing drugs with the note “take as directed” when there has been no direction is at best unhelpful. Leaving the call unanswered is worse than unhelpful it’s unprofessional and lacking in compassion. Surely working five minutes late isn’t the end of the world for those working in advanced healthcare. Forget the closed sign on the door.
