   Professional, knowledgeable, efficient and extremely helpful. Staff work as a cohesive team, within a cheerful and friendly atmosphere. I seek guidance from the pharmacist often and his remedies usually provide a positive outcome which negates the need to consult the GP surgery. His memory is quite phenomenal.    Absolutely wonderful chemist and staff. In particular the gentleman pharmacist, who has a vast knowledge and is all too eager to help, friendly and supportive. I've called so many times in search of advice and support and have used my local chemist more than my own GP at times. He is a credit to Everetts and we as a family consider ourselves so lucky to have such a wonderful pharmacist in such a short distance from our home. Thank you to all the staff and to Everetts

   My wife is a kidney transplant patient who takes a range of different medication each day to manage the health and function of her transplanted kidney.We had travelled to Horndean from Sandwich Kent staying at at a local hotel to attend a family funeral early the next morning. When we arrived at the hotel late afternoon my wife discovered she had inadvertently left her medication on the bed back in Sandwich. We called Everett’s the local Pharmacy around 18:00 and spoke to the pharmacist Mr Sanjeet Alexander Singh Nikjar. He suggested we come to the Pharmacy just across the road from our hotel and he would see what he could do to help. Mr Nikjar provided exceptional customer care and service in helping us resolve the issue including walking across to the local doctors to try and obtain the required prescriptions and when this was not successfull , he and the lady assisting him waited past normal closing whilst we made a number of phone calls to our GP and my wife’s hospital renal unit to arrange for the necessary prescriptions to be sent. Thank you to both Mr Nikjar and the lady assisting him in so kindly helping us to resolve the issue by providing exceptional customer care and service , we are very grateful.
