   The Range comes highly recommended. The 'ranges' change frequently, so it feels like there's something new every time you go there. It's very easy to get lost in the aisles and the huge variation of products. Fantastic for the kids, particularly if they love crafts. There's things in there you wouldn't even think to search for online and you get alotnof ideas. As for Christmas - you MUST visit for decorations, the variations and different types of Christmas decorations are endless, from modern to 90's style gardlands, they have it all, with separate aisles for different colour schemes. The Pet section is also unbeatable, even the birds are taken care of which is rare for stores these days. I'm not sure how the staff keep up with all the different products to fill etc, but they do a great job.

   We tried ordering online, it didnt work. So we had to go into the store to order, the woman was very pleasant and she helped with the tablet in store. We paid extra for 3 day delivery and it didnt arrive for 7 days. Also, they delivered the wrong items. And when putting the wardrobes together they literally broke appart.. the actual "wood" snapped.. so yeah, not really a great experience when having things delivered .

   We often went to the cafe in The Range 4 a hot drink & bite to eat but haven't been for a little while. Very disappointing to say the least, toasted sandwiches had hardly any filling in them & just basically tasted of bread, you also used to get a little salad garnish so it was presented nicely, no more! We also ordered a side of chips, for the price of £1.99 for a small bowl with about 10 chips in that we're rock hard was very underwhelming. Unfortunately will not be returning if this is now the quality of the food.

   I wanted half a roll end of discontinued wallpaper but the deputy store manager said I couldn’t buy it as it had been marked on the end to stop theft I said I didn’t mind as I could still use it she said no, so it will go in the bin, customer service at its worst, but I’d like to give a shout out to the newly married sales assistant who was really helpful.

The staff are friendly and helpful, and they're always happy to offer advice. The store is also very clean and well-organized, making it easy to find what you need. I was really impressed with the selection of furniture they had on offer, and I was able to find the perfect set for my needs. The staff were also very helpful in helping me choose the right furniture for my space. In addition to furniture, The Range also sells a wide variety of other products for the home and garden, including appliances, cookware, bedding, and more. I was also impressed with the prices at The Range, which were very reasonable. Overall, I had a great experience shopping at The Range in Grimsby.    Shop here for craft items. They stock a wide variety. The main problem I have is that alot of the items are unpriced. Many of the hanging displays had no prices on them at all and the shelves are often showing prices for different items. I have never shopped here without having to price check several items at the till. This is the norm not an exception. Such a shame. Management needs to sort it out.

   How can anyone ever find a negative thing to say about the range .Everyday I pray to Jesus for giving us this pure temple of retail pleasure. This particular store is perfect has the staff are mostly female and very fit which only heightens the experience for me personally.

   Have been numerous times lately waiting for stock of mugs I wanted but nothing so had to order online & couldn't believe they charge delivery even to collect from the store ( the same price as home delivery) as they get stock delivered probably every day I think this is disgusting.

   I went to the range with my family and friends and we all were waiting to be served and this young man with coloured hair called Lewis was very helpful and packed our bags for us very polite as well.My partner and her friends go in there all the time and see Lewis at the till always smiling waiting to serve customers, this is why I am giving him 5 stars
