Bought a bandana from SRP on Thursday and needed it for Saturday morning. The lady was so friendly and helpful. She made sure it was posted that afternoon and it arrived on Friday morning. Brilliant service, very happy and will definitely use again. Definitely recommend this company.
Company has been amazing both for standard item orders and custom orders- so friendly, responsive and creative. They post items really fast and the bandannas are such good quality, the fabric and designs do not peel or fade either.
It is a good quality tag but the personalisation was incorrect on the first tag, they sent a new tag out which never arrived and the third tag had the same error as tag number 1. I have kept the tag as it still has my details on so does the job but it isn't personalised in the way I wanted so a bit disappointed. I probably wouldn't use them again for any personalised products. The lady I spoke to was really nice and wanted to help resolve the issue but after the third issue I have stopped trying.

Absolutely amazing Company, I had ordered a beanie hat for Christmas present didn't arrive on allocated date so decided after 2 weeks after date to contact they swiftly sent replacement tracked mail received next day, but original also arrived, messaged them to say send me new invoice as would pay for both but they quickly replied asking me to donate to charity instead so have done so x Will definitely use this company again in the future so helpful, thank you x
