   My mum and I popped in to Swarovski on 24th September and had a really lovely visit. We ended up getting a handful of different items and we were served by such a friendly member of staff, but I don't think we got her name. My mum is a real chatterbox and the lady was so kind and patient. We said we're looking forward to visiting again someday :)

   Rude staff. Dirty jewelery boxes. Avoid this place. We drove here to buy a gift for my wife and her friend. When we entered the store it was empty, two young female staff ignored us and chatted away even when we got closer browsing and looking through the displays. We found what we liked so I approached the counter to ask if my wife could try the necklace on. Tryna, the staff took out a box that was covered dark black dust, at first I thought it was some decorative pattern but when I touched it my fingers where dirty from black settlement. I said " maybe you could wipe the box first" to which she replied "I will get you a different box". But she didn't, I think she couldn't find it so she opened it as it was, removed the necklace and in the proccess with her now dirty fingers transferred all the dirt onto the necklace. I said exactly that and she started smirking then said "If you don't like it, you can go somewhere else". I asked for the manager, she apologised and served us. We spent £449 but left discusted by atrocious service. There are better Swarovski's stores out there so avoid this one.

   Miserable staff. Completely not interested. 3 girls behind the counter chatting. Make up more for a night club than jewellery shop. Horrible manners. Their presence puts you off from browsing. Whispers, loud laughs. Not comfortable atmosphere.

   We went to the Swarovski shop today. Quite spacious but, still they didn't renovate in the shop and display. Looks like an old Swarovski shop. Customer service was good but, depends on the staff.Kay was very friendly and good customer service. They have more old stock than other Swarovski Outlet shops. If you are looking for old stock I recommend going over there but, prices are higher than other Swarovski Outlet shops.

   Beautiful jewellery at a massive bargain price but be prepared to receive obnoxious customer service in Portsmouth Gunwharf. Have contacted customer services , it was appalling !

   Staff were very helpful. Helped me find my ring size. It is an outlet store so dont have all their products but the product they do have is largley discounted. The lady we spoke to was very kind and easy to talk to. She even reccomend another jewllers to go and get a wedding band for my partner.

   Went in for a browse and was approached by Phoebe. Although she was new she couldn’t have been more helpful. She went out of her way to help me find the phone cases I wanted and I ended up buying both. Her service was remarkable and she was honest. Very good visit. Will be back!
