   Really disappointed, I bought a pair of the stranger things earrings yesterday, went to wear them this morning and they’re missing a back and one of the earrings is actually bent. I tried to call the store but no one is answering the phone. Very bad service I feel like they obviously knew they were damaged when they sold them, I spent over £200 in total and will be returning all the jewellery because of this.

   Awful customer service, they don't have a clue of what they are doing unfortunately, it's a nice brand but the workers in Gunwarf Quays ruined it. I had to queue until some people left the store, once l popped inside the store I knew what l wanted and waited to be attended on the queue, they take customers randomly even if you are first in the queue, 4 different people who popped in the shop after me they were attended in front of me considering l was there a while before with a baby in the pushchair. One of the girls attending customers even shout at me without me saying a word "l'm with a customer" l found that extremely rude, and just walked out, never ever again l'll go in that shop, they are very rude and unprofessional making you feel uncomfortable and unwelcome.

   Not helpful, rude and little knowledge of the stuff they are selling. Prefer to go to Gunwharf outlet. Staff more friendly and know their stuff. Been there twice now. First their new jewellery that was not in stock was according to them discontinued and second time they didn't want to sell me anything because I was using my daughters account so she gets the points and I could buy her something for her birthday. Now buying it online on my daughters account.

   Just want to say what an incredible experience I had in store today from Summer. I never usually write reviews but the service I received from Summer today warrants this! She is so amazing, could see I was trying to keep my 2 year old entertained whilst also trying to pick out a gift but Summer was a huge help in this by making him laugh and keeping him busy! Honestly the best customer service I ever received, thank you!!!!

   It's an outlet shop so most things are discontinued and therefore slightly cheaper than original prices. There are some full price items there also. Staff are very friendly and always make me feel like I want to go back.

   Visited Pandora today to buy a long silver chain for a pendant; was served by Dominic who was superb. He knew every product I asked about, in detail & was bedecked in Pandora himself so obviously knows his subject extremely well. Ended up spending more than planned but bought myself fabulous birthday jewellery & I love it all. Pandora never disappoints; the quality is brilliant. Thanks Dominic; you’re a poppet.
