Could not have asked for more from these guys. Constant communication throughout the watch buying process, a fair price on the watch, an air tag in the bloody package so we knew exactly where the watch was AND even when they're short of staff in the shop, they still get the watch to me early. I don't usually write reviews but in this it had to be done . Greg was unbelievable in the way he communicated with me constantly by phone and WhatsApp which was extremely helpful even though he is clearly a busy boy . He answered all of my questions and was extremely patient due to be being highly impatient . Lewis also was equally as great and added just that additional peace of mind to what ended up being an extremely smooth process . The watch was a long awaited 2022 GMT Pepsi on a Jubilee . Arrived bang on time just as expected . ( even had a tag that tracked the delivery which was a great touch as Greg text me the 2nd it arrived to see all was ok ) The guys clearly run a tight ship and deserve all the best .
