I bought an Evoline Heatpump supplied by this company which lasted just three years. Despite many telephone calls and emails they were no help whatsoever. With long lead times on parts, I was advised to buy a new one if I wanted any sort of season. £5000 every three years, no thank you. Whilst it states 'Not Retail' in the title, a little help or perhaps some Customer Service would have gone a long way. Instead the lady was rude, the boss ignored my emails and I was hung out to dry which is a pretty miserable way to run a company. :-(
