   Disappointed at our visit here on 23 December. Staff seemed friendly and seated me as they went to fetch a gold chain as that’s what I was looking for. They bought one out and tried it on me. Upon close examination it clearly wasn’t gold. I questioned this and was told it’s gold plated !!! £99.99p! Cheap tat. I assume as I wasn’t in my Sunday best that they assumed this was what I was looking for ?? I’d asked for gold. All turned out well as I popped to a local jeweller (P W House) and found what I was looking for. I asked for gold, they showed me gold. Don’t judge a book by its cover.

   The team at Beaverbrooks were absolutely amazing from the start to the end. I managed to damage my engagement ring and it needed to be sent off to be repaired. My ring was sent off quickly and I was contacted before any work started to make sure I was happy with the work needing to be done. Unfortunately, it did have to be sent off to the manufacturer in Hong Kong but they tired to do as much as possible to get it fixed within the UK first. Ring was fixed and returned a lot quicker than they thought which was amazing. Staff were friendly and welcoming when I came in to collect it when it was all ready. Highly recommend the store. Thank you so much :)

   I bought my husband a Vivienne Westwood necklace for his birthday from Milton Keynes Beaverbrooks. After a few months it started to tarnish and made my husband’s neck go green. He only wears it when we go out as he’s a chef and can’t wear it to work. We were shopping at Rushden Lakes yesterday and I suggested we do into Beaverbrooks just for some advice. Sharon was absolutely brilliant they gave my husband a new necklace and he also bought a Vivienne Westwood earring. MK store didn’t tell me the after care of the necklace, Sharon explained it all fully for us. After our purchase we left the shop but I said to my husband that I recognised Sharon , I went back in the shop and yes it was the same Sharon that used to baby sit my children. It was so lovely to see her .

   We got both my engagement ring and our wedding rings from the team at Rushden Lakes. I even sneaked a surprise Tag Watch for my husband to be with help from the team! A minor wedding ring emergency a week prior to the big day but the team at Rushden Lakes saved the day and sourced us a replacement ring with no issues. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend and we will be back (soon please husband!) for the eternity ring!

   Wow, what an amazing experience ! Mariah absolutely blew us away! ... Her customer service was absolutely brilliant! After an extremely hard birth I had lost my necklace and hubby went to replace ! They got chatting and he had explained what occured as to which Mariah went and wrote a hand written card ! - Thank you so much for this lovely gesture ! It made our day ! - This lady needs a pay rise! - The shop is also following strict covid19 rules! - Well done to you and the team!
