I bought a ring that was missing a couple of stones. Hadn't noticed at first, due to it being an intricate style, and being rushed by the assistant. I took it back, in light of it being faulty, therefore not fit for purpose, and asked for a refund. I was told it was not company policy to issue refunds. I told the assistant that it was against the law under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 to refuse a refund for faulty goods. The assistant simply kept repeating she couldn't issue a refund. The ONLY reason a credit note was accepted (by my fiance, not by me) was that he could see I was getting upset. There was not another in my size, nothing I wanted in the shop, and there was nothing else we could do. Why are you trading against the law with regards to issuing refunds for FAULTY goods? I could understand if I'd simply changed my mind, but it's not that. I love the ring. WARREN JAMES ARE NOT ACTING IN ACCORDANCE WITH CONSUMER LAW. WHY? How many other people have been treated like this? Looking at your reviews, it would seem quite a few. I regret the day I ever walked into your shop

Rattner's of the new millennium selling costume jewellery at discount prices sparkling Base metal with a "suits you madam" sales team so is ok if that's your thing.
No size,s in all they want to do is give gift receipts or order rings in for you won,t give cash back even though they don,t have anything in stock
