I've purchased quite a few earings in this shop now. Prices reasonable and quality is good. Always great service, I lost an earing from a set purchased and they found a replacement set. (Yes I had to pay, but that was only to be expected, more importantly I received a telephone call when they said I would !)

Had a diamond solitaire reset into white gold, great price and fantastic service. Always happy to go above & beyond to help....,and also sell some amazing pieces! I won’t go anywhere else now.
Had really good customer service with Maxines. I bought both engagement ring and wedding rings from here, the prices are as expected, but seem reasonable, the customer service was friendly, responsive and really helpful when I needed a wedding ring re-sized for a second time. They have some unusual pieces and I enjoyed shopping local to support an independent business. I would return and hopefully will do in the future! Thanks everyone.
Well if I want to pay £200 plus for a repair.. that's ok but if I supply the stone.. then as they have not ... They will not touch it!!!!!. I know the exact size of the stone... Obviously want to rip people off.
Best customer experience I've had in some time! took my broken necklace down for repair (bear in mind i hadn't purchased this from them) and they just gave me another necklace. They could see i was in a rush and couldn't wait for a repair, they went above and beyond to help me out by swapping me with a perfectly good chain. Fantastic! would highly recommend these.
