   BE CAREFUL OF THIS SHOP, i saw a nice pair of zirconia stud earrings which cost nearly £20 wasn't long before the earring fell out with out me knowing, the butterflies were loose, they felt ok when i put them in and you don't expect them to be the wrong size when you buy them from a jewellers. I don't live in Northampton (though did make a special trip there on a Monday but it was closed) so lost my money and lost my earrings!!

   Went in to sell Gold to raise funds for a deposit. Lady had all the customer service skills of a bad tempered bear, then after she gave us a price, we said that the price.of Gold was higher than she quoted, her reply was its only scrap it will be melted. She also lied and said one piece was 18 carat when it is 21 Carat. She told us that NO other buyer would pay more, but I I want to just satisfy my curiosity. Glad I did because we went to H&T and not only were staff Amazing and so helpful, they were professional empathic and we got DOUBLE the price per Gram. ALWAYS SHOP AROUND BEFORE YOU COMMIT and avoid this store
