   Brilliant company! A quick background. I have always used the same brand of cat litter for my now elderly cat from B&M. Pets at home were doing a good deal on their cat litter so I bought some. Unfortunately my cat developed diarrhoea and costed me £100 at vets to help with it. What the vet did didn't help and my cat was deteriorating. Her diarrhoea just wouldnt clear up. I did a lot of google research as to why my cat might have diarrhoea and discovered that changing cat litter can cause the problem....WOW! I immediately returned to her usual cat litter and she made a full recovery. I now had 2 unopened cat litter bags from pets at home and they accepted their return with no fuss made. I was happy with that. Lovely company

   Really backwards way of exchanging items when bought in 3 for 2 offer. Immaculate item with genuine reason, requiring straight forward swap. Said would have worked out better for me if I said I didn’t have a receipt. Cashier said well you’ve showed me it now. Thanks pets@home think I will support small business in future rather than a greedy chain.
