   Wasn't actually the groom room but vets4pets, same building. Vets4pets website has good advice and easy appointment booking but because of coving, they have a backlog so had to call anyway. Service is great.

   Absolutely shocking place. Told us our dog was aggressive as a puppy and wanted to charge us around £60 for his trim. Now hes been going to other groomers every 4 weeks and not one other place has said hes aggressive, he actually sits there youd as gold and enjoys their services and the FRIENDLY women who work with him. I wouldn't recommend these to anyone. Awful, awful place.

   Good service from the staff there. Mainly our smallish dog was considered a medium dog which is £42 and if your dog is matted at all even slightly they will charge a £10 matting fee because this blunts the blades which I thought was expensive considering I can go to an independent for £25.
