   After traveling for almost 24 hours we arrived at the hotel. We had to work our way through a group of smokers right outside the front doors to get in. Inside was dim, worn and loud. It was disco night and the music was pounding. By this time, after such a long day, a migraine was setting in. We were shown our room where we could hear every note and the vibrating of the music. We were offered another room across the hall that was only minimally quieter. We wound up leaving and finding another hotel that was much nicer and definitely quieter. We really cannot in good conscience give a good review.

   OK rooms , service good. Asked for more pillows but didn't receive. Doesn't do food but they do have a bar.

   Nice room spacious room, view over car park and roofs to the docks. Smelled very strong of detetgent. No extraction vent in bathroom.

   Would be a 4 Star, if bed and fixings tightened up a little. Good for contractors, friendly lady , I think called Jess checked me in, it’s not a place I’d go as a ‘holidaymaker’ though. Did what I needed, room was spacious and clean, linen and towels etc, although bed was well worn , I did sleep peacefully and that was all that mattered that night. This was early in the week, personally I’d avoid sunny/summer fri and weekend, particular room I was in was overlooking a large beer garden type area.

   Filthy rooms and corridors. Had to climb over a drunk couple having a screaming match to get to my room, who had thrown drinks and glasses over the floor. Dirty linen in the corridors as well. Sponges left in the shower from previous people left in the shower along with a toothbrush and rubbish in the draws. Nightclub loud disco in the bar until 0200 then patrons in the carpark revving up bikes and cars until 0400. Absolute nightmare of a place to stay.

   The Pelham has just been refurbished and the rooms are comfortable and clean. Great shower and the food is home cooked and at a great price. I will not stay anywhere else when I’m up here. Totally recommend

   Only stayed for breakfast but WHAT a breakfast. Real butcher's Lincs sausages were amazing as was everything really. Thick and tasty bacon, all perfectly presented and all at a hard to beat pricepoint. Not kidding when i say its the best I've had for years. ..Friendly staff and Nice atmosphere won't be forgotten, definitely coming again.

   Rooms are recently updated, staff are super, food is really nice, will say you are above a bar so noise is expected. Steve and jess are amazing hosts and will make your stay very comfortable, stay recommended
