Worst website ever. About 10 page process to buy swimming tickets. Freezing pools. My 6 year old can only last 30 mins even in the trainer pool. Time limited to 1hr for kids to swim on a Saturday.
Easy to get to, friendly staff, price of membership not too bad.. I look forward to using the pools and the gym in the coming weeks

Terrible service tonight December '19, childrens swimming pool closed - no signage of this, nothing on website, nothing on facebook - I wonder if they realise there are things called CUSTOMERS and that there is something called SERVICE. Also pool often cold to the extreme - but showers great.
We as a family can't thank your team enough for the excellent swimming lessons you have been able to supply our youngest son. He was struggling with confidence and swimming generally and you kindly helped us by advising him to have 121 lessons with Lewis. The transformation and confidence in his swimming has been unbelievable and he loves coming every week and achieving every week. It's lovely to see such a happy confident child in the pool. Thank you so much!!!
Staff were helpful and friendly. Added bonus of a sauna and steam room which really helped after a vigorous swim. The place is slightly dilapidated although I understand the pool will be rebuilt.
