   We're visiting this local gym to play badminton once a week. It's pretty cheap to hire a court for an hour. We haven't joined the gym as such. There's plenty of other activities going on at the gym but for the moment playing some badminton once a week is all we need. The staff are friendly and helpful.

   Let's start from the entrance, staff often ignore you on the way in, trying to swipe your card into the gym is a task and a half, the lockers are fine, the gym has some decent equipment but can get very busy, some school children use the gym albeit no under 16s on the free weights, no gym staff monitoring anyone. I understand our modern age but why spend so much time between sets looking at your phone, upon asking if I can use the machine or weight is usually met with "but I have more sets to do" whatever happened to sharing between sets? .the changing rooms, I would say a mix between school showers from the 1970s and prison showers. Horrendous!!!!!!!. Health suite area is okay but at busy times is crazy, sometimes families bring young children in, that's the changing rooms and showers taken. The positive side of things is that it's affordable and available for all. Cheap and cheerful. Certainly no Virgin Active but I guess that's the point. Not used the pool, classes or sports hall so cannot comment. I believe the Trilogy contract is nearing the end so hopefully the new owners may update it, probably not if Trilogy win.

   Awful. Turned up on a Sunday for swimming, you can't book in advance so it was CHAOS! Customer service was horrendous and didn't even tell us were were queuing in the wrong place for 10minutes, queue didn't move at all for 20 minutes so gave up! Will definitely not be returning! Make bookable sessions to prevent such madness, everywhere else does!!

   I've been here a few times, for the kids, we spent some wonderful moments, sometimes it's quite crowded but it's worth a try, the kids have a lot of fun, obviously they want to hang out at the pool again.

   Clean and well maintained leisure centre. You have to pre-book before you go which is a slow process as each person has to be booked individually. I went with my 8 year and their friend and they thoroughly enjoyed the flume, water features and large shallow area. This visit was quiet, so plenty of space, but can be crowded in the areas for weaker/non-swimmers. Only thing that lets Danes Camp down is that it is often quite cold due to the large open space shared with changing village.

   Had a nice time with my Daughter at this pool today. Book online and walk straight in. Good changing rooms and warm pool. Several activities to keep the kids entertained but not much space for actual swimming, also not all the built in toys are functioning.
