   This place has really gone down hill. The customer service is virtually none existent. The product variety just isn't there compared to Premier in Rectory Farm. And when you go in on Christmas Eve politely asking if parcel pick up is still available (because on weekends and evenings I've picked up even when the PO is closed) and get snapped at that it's Christmas eve and it closed at 1; yet they're happy to open Christmas day and boxing day etc... some of us had to work! So a polite "sorry, unfortunately there's no one here to do it, please come back on 'x' day" would suffice. And when the poor attitude is from the new manager/ owner, is it any wonder it's going down hill.

   I went to the shop to buy something alone but staff accused me of bringing my friends here when I went to pay alone and one old staff with glasses told me when I said Im playing alone she said I don't care so that's why I hate onestop

   One of the staff members being rude. Other staff members didn't say anything - went to one till, put our items down, she replied "go to middle till" so I said jokingly "haha you've done that just to be awkward" only for her to shout back "no I genuinely haven't" in such a rude tone.

   I’ve been sold rotten meat twice from this store. The first time was about a month ago — I let it slide and didn’t say anything. But today, I bought a chicken, and as soon as I opened the bag, it was completely rotten: slimy, sticky, and it stank horribly. Obviously, I threw it straight in the outside bin — no one in their right mind would put something like that in their car. I went back to the store to let them know, and they told me they couldn’t do anything because I didn’t bring the chicken back. Seriously? You expect people to carry spoiled, stinking meat around just to prove a point? Disappointed and honestly disgusted.

   Horrible staff , rude, discourteous, the lady throws unfounded accusations around at children, and then when found to be wrong , no apologies , just the security bloke saying she's a good woman !!! Would never shop here again while she's involved ,. Company needs to sack her imo !!!

   Absolutely shocked and horrified to see a bully a female member of staff shouting at three young children one with learning difficulties with their mother a heavily pregnant woman today. Her accusation was one of the children had pushed a button on a coffee machine which is not a criminal offense and was not the case. I am utterly discussed at the behavior of a grown woman, you should be ashamed. I do hope that pregnant lady is ok she looked distraught. We should have more dignity, kindness and respect.

   I went to the shop this afternoon. I was looking for plain yogurt but they do not have any, so I did not buy anything on this particular occasion. I was stopped on the way out and was searched by a very rude shop staff who practically dragged me back into the shop and demanded I empty my pockets. I do complied in understanding their point of view. However, when they found that I did not steal anything, I did expect an apology but instead the very rude staff told me not to come back!!! Believe me, I do not want to go back there ever again.

   My reveiw is based on the excellent service from the post office. I posted a parcel at lunch time special delivery and i realised the number of the delivery address was incorrect. i was a little worried to say the least. I dashed back to the post office and the gentleman said the parcel was still there and went out of his way to change the address etch. I cannot thank him enough. But all the staff from the post office and the shop are lovely people and have always helped me in every way. My sincere thanks for all of there help. My best wishes. Steve lyman

   My friend has just experienced horrific discrimination for being disabled by the staff at this store. He is exempt from wearing a mask and has a registered disability. The security guard approached my disabled friend in the store and asked him to wear a mask and my friend told the guard he was exempt, the guard said ok but then followed my friend around the store and then asked to see a mask exemption notice, my friend showed his exemption notice but the guard continued to follow him around the store harassing him by asking repeatedly for him to put on a mask a total of 6 times! He only went in for a bottle of milk. When my friend approached the counter to pay for his milk the security guard told the staff not to serve him! The staff wouldn't serve my friend and luckily the police walked into the shop as this was happening. The police told the security guard that he was in the wrong for harassing someone to wear a mask who is disabled and mask exempt and the police had to tell the staff to serve my friend. Absolutely disgusting behaviour which needs to be formally reported to the police.
