    After an accident where I had to have my late Dads wedding ring, and also a signet ring , a present off my late wife , both cut off, I took both into H Samuels for repair. They have been absolutely brilliant with me, I had the wedding ring ( circa 1954) returned this morning and I am thrilled with the work done. My signet ring will be another couple of weeks or so, and looking forward to that. As I say the staff are absolutely brilliant and a credit to the firm. Thank you from this very grateful customer

    Only the second time in 4 year's I've actually been in to H. Samuel but i must admit i was impressed with the service didn't have to wait at all . The gentleman who served me was very helpful and was very specific about what my watch needed and said it would take a couple of weeks.
