   Brought a ring as a gift. I asked if it does not fit my sister hand can I get a refund. The lady with blond hair said yes I could change the size of the ring. So I understand that as I can get a refund. I came in 2 days later and asked for a refund. And it was still in the same condition and I had a receipt. A different lady said no . The blond lady interrupted us and said in a rude and very disrespectful and passive aggressive tone !!! That she had explained to me last time how I would not get a refund. This was not true. And she was clearly protecting herself. I Kept talking and they only gave me an exchange. I had a necklace but costed me 10 pounds more than I originally wanted to spend. And when I was looking around the shop the staff were whispering. I did feel they were taking in a negative way about me. I will never shop their again !!!and you have lost yourself a customer!!! Your staff need to be trained better.

   Although you do tend to find a cheaper selection of rings there's one big issue with the training. They don't seem to think it's appropriate to inform you that you can not get your money back. Unfortunately due to the lack of options there is nothing we want in exchange other than money back. So now we have a ring that's no good and have no way of getting money back. Bad sales and lack of care regarding this. So for you future people wanting a ring make sure u know are aware and get somthing that you actually like as you have no chance of getting your money

   Bought a lovely wedding/engagement ring set in November 22 which lost 3 stones from the engagement ring within 6 months. Warren James replaced the set only for the same thing to happen with the engagement ring losing a stone within 9 months. When I returned them to the Newcastle under Lyme store that set had been discontinued & I was unable to see anything that resembled my original choice I wasn't offered a refund so had to settle on two rings that I wasn't entirely happy with & when I returned these 2 days later the manager was quite terse saying that they don't offer refunds, only exchanges however she had spoken to Head office who agreed a refund. There was a £30 difference between the original set & the last set I chose which they would only give me a credit note for! Because of the poor customer service & the managers attitude I emailed Warren James customer services to raise a formal complaint regarding the substandard wedding sets I'd received & the managers attitude, I also requested the £30 credit note be refunded as I no longer wish to shop at Warren James. I had an email response from Lisa basically saying she had agreed to the refund which isn't their policy & refusing to refund the credit note. She did not acknowledge my formal complaint or the fact that I had received wedding jewelry that wasn't fit for purpose. This was 4th April this year & I replied requesting a call back from a manager to resolve this situation. To date (21/4/23) they have choose to ignore me!

   I’m struggling to understand how this store has a low rating. It’s definitely 5*****. Quality tick, Beautifully presented tick, gorgeous ambient atmosphere tick, pleasant staff tick, it’s a no brainier for me. If I want a lovely, well presented gift that shouts quality you must really like me, This place is it. Oh, and don’t forget these prices are real down to earth, no messing about, prices. I’m happy
