Waited about 5 minutes to check out but got no service or got even acknowledged while waiting. More focused on the piercings than any othe customers that were in the shop. Would never go back
Very disappointed. I ordered a lovely package thinking that they would be perfect for gifts to find they had been covered in nail polish and delivered in such a state they are unacceptable to give! Terrible policy! Very upset
We arranged our daughter's 8th birthday party at Claires Store Newcastle-under-Lyme for 6 girls and omg it was absolutely fantastic. Steph and Kaitlyn did a fantastic job arranging everything including goodie bags, party games, make up and finally a shopping spree for the girls. It was definitely worth every penny and more. We would highly recommend Claire's for birthday parties.
1 star is too much. Stay away. My 2 piercings in my left ear hurt as the gun didnot release easily. For over 4 weeks this ear throbbed. Over 2 hours I tried to remove the backs. Both earring broke. Apparently this does not qualify as a refund. I refused a replacement earringand will be contacting Trading Standards.
Over priced items most of the time and there’s one staff member that walks around wearing a Snoodie and stands right outside the main door where customers walk in and out smoking and vaping, not a good look you want representing the company!

Had my nose pierced here and couldn't fault the piercing process, very friendly staff, good knowledge and excellent aftercare advice. We also got 20% Off store for having a piercing which went down well with the kids
I went they for my first piercing and the lady she put it in 2 different places and they got infected within 1 day and prices to expensive for what your so I would recommend getting them done at headinsm
