   Went today to collect a too good to go bag. No trained members of staff. Just stood there not knowing what to do. Just excuses like "I am new" given. No apology, no alternative option offered. Tries to imply I was lying about having paid for the too good to go bad. Very rich from someone who doesn't know how the system works. I shoved my phone in her face so she could clearly see it was paid for. She didn't give a toss I would loose money because she didn't know how to do her job. And the whole time she stood there chewing gum. Definitely the type of person who should not be team leader in a shop. And today's local should not have the shop run by someone who isn't fully trained!

   Staff are so helpful. Sandra ( I think that is her name), couldn't do enough for me. There seems to be alot of problems with some pricing and promotions. Head office sort this out, your staff are not robots. They are trying to give a personal service, that is being stopped by inconsistency of system failures. A local shop, give the staff the credit they deserve. 5 star for staff. 1 star for the problems they have to deal with, constantly apologising.
