   Hey i just came in to get my daughter a eyebrow retainer for school as they said if she didnt have a clear one she could get suspended so i explained this and i got refused ! and i was polite and also i didnt like the attitude of one of the girls because as i was leaving she goes oh well thats what you get for getting a pietcing when at school ! I dont think thats the correct attitude to have with someone who has purchased from you last week a paying customer , also she had red hair and full fringe , she needs to learn to speak to people nicer and im not being funny but i dont think il be purchasing from your business in the future. Thank you

   The worst customer service ever!! I don’t ever leave reviews but with this one I had to. I’ve come to the place numerous times and was a regular customer, however my last experience was awful. The server whose name I did not catch but can describe - was a mixed race girl with long dreadlocks and piercings, had the worst customer service ever was extremely rude and condescending. She lied about my order and made remarks to her colleague right in front of me. This used to be a respected and lovely business to visit but never again. They should do a favour to the store and get rid of this worker as she is driving sales away.

   Most of the 5* reviews esp with photos are from their own staff that can be recognized in pics. My friends and I have frequently visit for piercings and jewellery. It’s a big shame they are unfriendly with the Asians and black, like it’s always rushed and unwelcoming vibes! Esp the one with fringe. Sadly it’s the only place we can go to in town and I hope this feedback can help fix these matters, on a few occasions our piercings have been slanted or badly positioned and it’s all down to the whole rushing it to get over with. We went in for upgrades and were just rushed like no interest in helping just take it pay and go basically is how it was.

   I went today to change my snakebite jewellery and the lady there was horrible to me and my family. she shouted at my mother and was very aggressive with me. when she was changing my piercings she tugged and pressed them so hard and it was just overall a horrible and uncomfortable experience. she even went as far as overcharging me £34 pound. it shouldn't be like this and I will not be coming back anymore. (she had bangs and red hair.)

   Friendly, kind, knowledgeable and professional- Terrapin piercing is an amazing shop where I get all my piercings from! The team there are always so welcoming and ready to help with any of my piercings needs or questions. They are attentive to my needs, guiding me through each step of the process to make it as easy as possible. I am always given a full run-down on aftercare too, to make sure I have the easiest time healing as-well. 10/10 would recommend to all my friends!

   Amazing service! Been visiting here since I was 18 and had a great experience each time. Staff are very chatty, friendly and go out of their way to make you feel at ease. A brunette lady with a few piercings at the front ( not sure what her name is) is so lovely and chatty - feels like you’ve known her for ages. Great service and pricing. Would definitely recommend
